    Check In/Check Out

  3. What is the check in process? All required details for checking in will be provided on your booking confirmation. Within approximately 1 hour of your arrival at the apartment, please call or text our representative on the contact numbers provided on your confirmation, so that we can meet you at the apartment. If you are using the airport transfer service recommended by us (Krakow Shuttle) then ask your driver and he will make the call for you.
  4. What are the check in/out times? Check out time is before 11.00 am and check in time is after 2.00 pm.
  5. What is the policy for late arrivals? There is a small surcharge of 40 Pln for late arrivals between 10.00 pm and 1.00 am. For arrivals between 1.00 am and 7.00 am there is a surcharge of 100 pln. Please check with us at least 5 days before, if a check in between 1.00 am and 7.00 am is possible.
  6. Is it possible to check out late? Is there a charge? Please contact us at least one day prior to your departure for the possibility of a late check out. For a check out after 2.00 pm there is a surcharge of ½ a nights stay. We do have free luggage storage at our office located at ul cybulskiego 2 should you require it.
  7. Is it possible to check in early? Is there are charge? Please contact us at least one day prior to your arrival for the possibility of an early check in. Early check ins between 7.00 am and 12 midday incur a surcharge of ½ a nights stay.
  8. If I do not depart until the evening, is there anywhere I can leave my bags? Yes, we will be happy for you to leave your bags at our office located at Ul Napoleona Cybulskiego 2. There may also be the possibility of storing luggage at ul Łobzowska 22.
  1. Payment and Pricing

  2. What currencies can I pay in? Payments should be made in Pln even if an equivalent price is provided in another currency. It may be possible to pay in other currencies such as Euros if previously agreed.

  1. What are the payment methods? Payment can be made using the following methods
    o    Valid visa debit or credit card
    o    Amex
    o    Bank transfer
  2. When is payment due? Full payment should be made at time of booking the apartment
  3. Is it possible to get a discount for longer term stays? Pricing is on a nightly basis, however, AAA corporate do provide discounted rates for extended stays in excess of 20 days and further discounts of stays of 3 months or more.
  4. Booking Process, Cancellation and Extension

  5. What is the booking process? The quickest and easiest way to make a booking is to simply complete our booking form with detail of your dates and the apartment that you require. We will respond within 24 hrs with an offer for the apartment or an alternative apartment of the same standard. We can also take bookings over the telephone and by email.
  6. What is the cancellation Policy? If you wish to cancel you booking, the following policy applies. It is designed to offer maximum flexibility required by business travelers.
    •    For bookings of 7 nights or less, 3 days clear notice prior to the date of arrival.
    •    For bookings of 8 to 21 nights, 7 days clear notice prior to the date of arrival.
    •    For bookings of 22 to 30 nights, 14 days clear notice prior to the date of arrival.
    •    For bookings of 43 nights or more, 30 days clear notice prior to the date of arrival.
    Where insufficient notice is given, the cancellation charge will be the nightly rate for the apartment multiplied by the number of extra days notice that should have been given. E.g when 10 days notice is given when 14 days is required the cancellation fee is equivalent to the price of the first 4 nights. The price of the cancelled nights that fall after the expiry of the notice period will be credited back to the card or account from which you paid.
  7. What if I want to leave the apartment earlier than agreed?If you wish to leave the apartment before the cancellation and notice periods referred to above apply and you will be charged the nightly rate multiplied by the number of days that should have been included in the notice period. Notice of early departure should be done in writing e.g by email.
  8. What if I want to extend my stay in the apartment? Please let us know in writing if you wish to extend your stay and we will do our best to accommodate you in the same apartment, although this can not be guaranteed, depending on availability. Typically the stay is just extended at the same nightly rate. We do require immediate payment to confirm any extension to your stay.
  9. Will I definitely be accommodated in the apartment that I’ve booked? All of AAA Corporate apartments are of similar standard. Although it is unlikely that you will not be accommodated in the actual apartment that you have booked, we do reserve the right to move you to another apartment of similar of higher standard.
  1. About the Apartments

  1. Where are the apartments located in Krakow? AAA corporate apartments are situated in two separate locations. Both locations are in Krakow’s Old town just a few minutes walk from the main market square but in quiet residential areas.
    The Royal apartments are located in Sobieski Residence development at Ul Łobzowska 22 and the Atlantis apartments are located in the Nowy Swiat development at Ul Cybulskiego 2. Please see map for more details.
  2. Is it possible to park at the apartments? We have secure parking spaces available at both the Royal Apartments and the Atlantis Apartments, the majority of which are secure underground spaces. If you wish to park you car, please let us know in advance to make arrangements. A surcharge may apply if you wish to include parking.
  3. Are the apartments secure? AAA Corporate Apartments are very secure. Both locations include a 24hr security guard and the apartments also have modern security doors making them very difficult to break in to. Royal apartments are located in a secure compound.
  4. Is breakfast provided in the price? We do not provide breakfast, however, almost all our apartments have kitchens and we will be happy to recommend a restaurant to you in which you can buy an inexpensive and filling breakfast.
  5. Do the Apartments have telephones? Our apartments do not have land line telephones installed as most of our guests choose to use the dedicated internet connection to make phone calls. If a telephone is a requirement, let us know and we can find a solution, such as a pay as you go mobile telephone.
  6. What is included in the price? The price is all inclusive and includes regular servicing and fresh linen. On your arrival we will organise a cleaning schedule to suit your requirements.
  7. Do the apartments have internet? Each apartment is equipped with a dedicated broadband Wifi internet connection. If you have problems connecting your computer to the internet, we may be able to help, however, we are not responsible for adjusting the settings on your computer to make the connection possible.
  8. Are the apartments serviced by lifts? All of our business rental apartments are serviced by lifts.
  9. How often are the apartments serviced? The apartments are typically serviced weekly with more regular visits to empty bins etc. On your arrival we will arrange a servicing schedule to suit your requirements.
  1. Use of the Apartments and Damages & Regulations

    What happens if I accidentally damage the apartment? Breakages, loss or damages to the property will be charged. Typically the fee will be the cost of replacing or repairing the damaged or broken item in addition to an administration fee. In the case that more than routine cleaning of the apartment is required, e.g if the apartment has been smoked in, an additional fee will also be charged.
  2. Can I smoke in the apartment? Guests are not permitted to smoke in the apartments – all of the apartments are non-smoking.
  3. What happens if I get locked out of the apartment? Call out charge for locked out guests between the hours of 9pm and 9am is 100 pln.
  4. What happens if I lose the keys or parking fob? There is a charge for the loss of the following items. Apartment keys 100 pln, electronic parking fobs 200 pln, mobile internet device 500 pln.
  5. Am I allowed visitors to the apartment? The property must not be slept in by guests other than those agreed within the booking confirmation.
  6. What happens if I am robbed or lose some of my property? AAA Corporate Apartments are not responsible for loss of damage to guests belongings and guests are responsible for the safely of their own belongings. Please contact us immediately in the event of the above.
  7. Transport and transfers

  8. Can I reserve an airport pick up? Yes. We co-operate with a local reliable transfer company who will be able to meet you at the airport and transfer you to your apartment
